Due to recent attacks I have enabled ReCaptcha. You will only be asked to enter the captcha when making new threads. Some users may be asking 'Who do we attack back?' the answer is simple no one. It's not a chan doing this, but rather one person. If you are a normal 63chan user then you will be granted a 'token' in which you will enter to bypass the ReCaptcha all together. If you would like a token and are an existing user please enter IRC (#63chan @ irc.63chan.org) and ask me for one. No other Admin can assign tokens only me for security reasons.

Users that don't IRC however will still get the chance to have a token! Anonsaba will automatically assign your IP one after X amount of posts and X amount of threads. X is picked randomly so I have no idea how long it will take you to get a token. Be careful though if Anonsaba even thinks you might be a bot you will loose your token and will have to enter the captcha again.

Mic check one two, mic check one two. Is this thing even on? Anyways guess what! So 63chan is going to be getting some site updates. I am currently testing everything via localhost. Hopefully that means zero down time. Which honestly never goes as planned. Here is a full list of the things I will be changing.
1. More organized file structure (This is backend don't worry).
2. Dwoo will be dropped and twig will be used.
3. Memory leaks will be patched (This isn't an issue, but needs to be fixed).
4. Wrong captchas will no longer redirect to an error page (They will just show 'wrong captcha entered' beside the box).
5. 63chan.org/manage.php will no longer be used (Sorry for those trying to get in).
6. VIP will be given to those randomly (Look below for VIP details).
7. More sexy site.
8. AdodB -> PDO (This is done, but needs to be smoother it's a bit meh).
Now that doesn't look like a lot, but anyone that has any idea how to code and understands Anonsaba will get that this is a huge list. After the updates are complete 63chan will no longer be using a 'fork', but rather a brand new software. No worries though no posts will be lost. Well umm I hope so at least...
Reguarding the VIP there are one of two ways to earn VIP status. One way is to be an active user that doesn't make shit post or figure out how to exploit 63chans VIP code. If you do however recieve VIP status here is some things you will get.
1. The ability to mute users.
2. Special access to VIP control panel/board.
3. A change to earn Moderator status.
4. Idk what to put here.
You don't earn a lot, but honestly it's well worth it. Anywho that is the news for today. I hope to have these changes finished soon. By soon I mean hopefully before I die.

Hello everyone!
Incase you have been living under this rock.
Then you may have not noticed we have a new front page. It is still a bit slow, but this will be corrected. Instead of using Dwoo we are going to switch into twig. This should improve the sites load speeds. We are currently looking for a fix for the hiding the menus bug. Idk what's wrong with it at the moment still searching.
63chan also has two NEW boards!
1. /hw/ - Hardware.
2. /os/ - Operating Systems.
63chan also DELETED three boards.
Anyways over the course of this weekend I will be switching the templates to twig. So expect some site down time while I debug bugs etc. Thank you for choosing 63chan!

Hello. As you can see there is a new homepage. I will be adding an option to have frames again in a few. Now this isn't the final product. It's just something so it can go live and we move into a more realistic century. A few bugs.
1. Hiding board menus does not work.
2. Hovering over a recent post sometimes fails.
Not very many bugs, but they still need to get fixed. Anyways I will be going through and DELETING boards tomorrow. Also Donations close tomorrow. Everyone give Kanker a clap for donating to keep us going. Also Anonsaba has been updated to Anonsaba 0.2 (Well a trunk version anyways). So if you run into any bugs please post them here.
